Empowering Young Girls
Empowering young girls means nurturing their confidence, education, and independence so they can shape their own future. At Chetna Sansthan, we believe every girl has the right to dream, learn, and lead. Through awareness, education, and community engagement, we support girls to break barriers of inequality and stand tall in society. From school support to life skills training, our programs aim to unlock their true potential—because when a girl is empowered, she empowers her family, her community, and the entire nation.

Get InvolvedPeople say about us.
Chetna Sansthan changed my life. I was part of a self-help group for the first time and learned to save, lead, and support other women in my village. Today, I help others become financially independent too. It’s not just about earning, it's about realizing our worth. Thanks to Chetna, I believe in myself.

Savitri Devi
SHG Member, ChitrakootWe had no idea about menstrual hygiene or nutrition when Chetna's health team first visited us. They explained everything patiently, and now my daughters and I follow healthy practices. It’s rare to see an NGO work so closely with women in remote areas like ours.

Neelam
Beneficiary, BandaI’ve worked with many organizations, but Chetna's approach to water and sanitation is deeply rooted in local culture. When they implemented the Jal Jeevan Mission in our village, people really listened. Their team earns respect because they understand us and work with us, not above us.

Village Leader, HamirpurChetna Sansthan collaborated with our school for a health campaign. The sessions on adolescent nutrition and hygiene were eye-opening. Students were engaged, and even teachers said they learned new things. I hope more schools invite them for such impactful programs.
